Rev Albert Kang, a Singaporean, is the founding Pastor and the Lead Pastor of FaithLine International Ministries. Since 2006, Rev Albert has been the Coordinator of Elijah Challenge Asia and also the Director of Healing Encounter Ministry (HEM). He graduated with a Master of Divinity degree from Asia Pacific Theological Seminary in 1985. Rev Albert is married to Rev Grace Ong and they live in Malaysia
